FAQ

Common questions

Do I need a referral to see a sports medicine provider?

No. We are a cash-pay clinic, so you do not need a referral or pre-authorization. Just book and come in.

Do you treat non-athletes?

Absolutely. Sports medicine is for anyone with an active lifestyle — whether you surf, lift, run, hike, or just want to move without pain.

How is this different from a regular physical therapy clinic?

You get about an hour one-on-one with your provider every visit. We combine hands-on therapy with multiple recovery tools in the same session, and your sports medicine and medical teams are in the same building.

Do you take insurance?

We are a cash-based, out-of-network clinic. We accept cash, credit, HSA, and FSA cards. We can provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance if you have out-of-network benefits.

Ready to get back to what you love?

Start with an evaluation. We'll find the problem, treat it, and give you a clear plan.
