Your First Step

Start with one honest evaluation.

You do not need to decide today how many visits you need. The evaluation comes first; the plan comes from what your therapist finds. Nothing recurring, nothing to sign up for.

Recovery Visits

$105 to $130
Only if your plan calls for them

Recovery Visits are $105 to $130 each, depending on the size of the therapist-recommended plan.

  • Recommended frequency
  • Expected duration
  • Approximate number of visits
  • Stages and progress markers
  • Total plan investment
  • Available payment terms

Exact pricing is in your personalized written plan. HSA and FSA welcome.

After your evaluation, your therapist presents a personalized Recovery Plan with exact pricing. You decide whether to begin. The complimentary evaluation runs through October 31. Appointments are limited each week and offered while openings last.

The Range Recovery Method

  • Hands-on treatment
  • ARP
  • Acoustic Soundwave
  • PEMF
  • Red Light Therapy

The Range Recovery Method combines one-on-one physical therapy with therapist-selected recovery modalities when clinically appropriate. The modalities are tools inside your plan, never the plan itself.

Sound Familiar?

If this sounds like you, you're in the right place.

You have tried rest, stretching and the online exercises. Something still isn't right.

Working around it

  • You train differently
  • You sleep differently
  • You avoid the movements you are not sure about

A nagging injury

  • A knee, shoulder, back or hip that will not settle
  • It flares after the things you love
  • Nobody has told you plainly what is going on

Not bouncing back

  • Sore for days after sessions that used to be easy
  • Recovery is slower than it used to be
  • You have scaled back and it still hurts

Tried the obvious

  • Rest
  • Stretching and the online exercises
  • Waiting for it to go away

Guessing is not a recovery plan. One honest evaluation tells you where you are and what your next step is.

How It Works

Three simple steps.

No guessing, no generic exercise sheet. A clear path back to what you want to do.

Step 01Online, two minutes

Request your evaluation

Choose a time within the next seven open clinic days and enter your details. The evaluation is complimentary for new patients through October 31, normally $160, with no card needed to request your time.

Step 02At the clinic, about 60 minutes

Listen. Assess. Treat.

Your therapist discusses your history, observes how you move, and performs the relevant movement and strength tests. When appropriate, the visit includes hands-on treatment and therapist-selected modalities from the Range Recovery Method.

Step 03Same visit

Leave with a written plan

The working findings in plain language, what to work on, what progress to monitor, and whether additional Recovery Visits may be appropriate. Your therapist determines that after the evaluation.

After Your Evaluation

Your next step depends on your findings.

Some people need limited follow-up. Others benefit from a structured plan. Your therapist determines that after the evaluation, with the price in front of you. There is no obligation to continue.

Limited follow-up

What we find

One clear issue that responds well during the visit.

What may be appropriate

A short run of Recovery Visits and a home plan, then you are on your way.

A structured plan

What we find

An injury that needs progression over weeks, not one session.

What may be appropriate

A Recovery Plan with a frequency, an expected duration, and progress markers to watch.

Carry on with the plan

What we find

Findings you can work on yourself once they are explained plainly.

What may be appropriate

The written plan of care is yours to keep and follow, here or anywhere.

Recovery Visits, $105 to $130 each

Each Recovery Visit follows your therapist's plan and may include assessment, hands-on treatment, movement work, and therapist-selected modalities when appropriate. There are no separate modality fees. Exact pricing is in your personalized written plan.

How the per-visit rate is set

The rate is set by the total number of visits in your recommended plan. Every visit in the plan is priced at that rate.

1 to 4 visits$130 each
5 to 9 visits$120 each
10 to 19 visits$115 each
20 to 29 visits$110 each
30 or more visits$105 each

Every recommendation comes from a licensed physical therapist who has evaluated you in person. The evaluation informs that decision; no result is promised.
